Set in the 1940s, A Christmas Story follows young Ralphie Parker as he navigates schoolyard adventures, family traditions, and his single-minded quest for the perfect Christmas gift: a Red Ryder BB gun. Despite repeated warnings that he’ll “shoot his eye out,” Ralphie remains determined, devising increasingly creative ways to convince the adults in his life that he’s ready. Along the way, he endures bullies, embarrassing mishaps, and the everyday chaos of life with his colorful parents and younger brother. Narrated with warmth and humor, the film captures the timeless joys and frustrations of childhood during the holiday season. In the end, Ralphie discovers that the memories made with family are every bit as special as the presents waiting under the tree.

.5 oz Half and Half
2 oz Bourbon
.25 oz Crème De Banana
.75 oz Strawberry Simple Syrup
Dash Cherry Bitters
Dash Peychaud's Bitters
Melted chocolate

Prepare a rocks glass with a fudge rim. Place in the freezer to chill.
In a mixing glass, combine
2 Tbs Strawberry Milk Powder
.5 oz Half and Half
.75 oz Strawberry Simple Syrup
2 oz Bourbon
.25 oz Crème De Banana
Dash Cherry Bitters
Dash Peychaud's Bitters
And a dropper of Saline
Using a frother, froth until well combined and the milk powder is dissolved. Add ice and continue to froth until chilled and foamy. Strain into the prepared rocks glass with a sphere.

.125 Cup Powdered Strawberry
1 tsp Salt
Combine in a jar and stir to combine. Seal jar and store in a cool, dry place.

100 g Fresh, clean strawberries
100 g Granulated Cane Sugar
Combine Strawberries and Sugar in a jar and gently stir. Allow to sit in a cool, dry place for 24-48 hours until the strawberries have rendered their liquid and flavor. Strain into a syrup bottle.
For a Rich Strawberry Syrup:
Place Strawberry Saccharum along with half of the macerated strawberries in a sauce pan on medium heat. Mash the strawberries while the syrup comes to a soft boil, reduce the heat to keep the syrup simmering, but not boiling until the liquid reduces by half. Allow to cool, pour into a syrup bottle and store in the refrigerator.

.5 oz Lemon Juice

In a shaker tin, combine,
1.5 oz Gold Rum
1 oz Itallicus
.5 oz Biscotti Liqueur
.5 oz Vanilla Butter Mix
Bar Spoon Date Syrup
.5 oz Lemon Juice
And a Dropper of Saline
Add Ice, cover and shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled hurricane glass with pearl ice and a lady's ankle sock koozie.

1 oz (30 mL) Honey
1 oz (30 mL) Warm Vanilla Rich Simple Syrup
1 oz (30 mL) Butter
Bar spoon Vanilla
In a mixer or blender, combine 1 part honey and 1 part warm vanilla simple syrup. Gradually add 1 part cold butter until it is emulsified, then continue to blend while pouring in vanilla extract. Store in a squeeze bottle in the refrigerator. Allow to come to room temperature for ease of use.
